Corinthians are the first champions of the club world cup they have won the tournament twice once in 2000 and the second in 2012. In 2012, they managed to defeat the English champions (Chelsea) in the final by 1-0 goal difference.

Real Madrid is third most dominating force in the club world championship. After winning champions league in 2013-14 they have won the Club world cup in 2014. Then after a year in 2016, Real Madrid regain the champions league title back and in 2016, they managed to win club world cup again by 4-2 goals difference against (Kashima Antlers) a club team from Japan.
