The fastest pit crew in Formula one racing provides great advantage to a driver. Now in the modern day’s of sports only fastest would survive. Team manager plays the important role for the pit stop. He’s the one who calls the driver in pit when drivers in lead. So that less time will required to get back on track with some lead.
Refueling Person and tyre changers and carriers duty is bit tough job. There single mistake during the stop cause big problem for the car. Overfilling of the fuel made car slow. If the nuts not properly connected to the carriers of tyre or wrong tyre selected the car might not produce the perfect speed gravity it may cause major damage. So the teams chose perfect people for the jobs and for this they paid big salaries to them for each race and contract at the end of the season on base of their performance.

Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport, Red Bull Racing and Scuderia Ferrari got the quickest pit staff and they have proved in the start of the season. Scuderia Ferrari cars left the pit lane fast then any other cars this season which show how they select people for the car parts jobs.
The person who attached to the fuel during the stop and very careful about the limit of fuel. He refuel car which is ordered by the team manager. He paid $4,000 per race for this. Tyre changers were ready a lap before the car makes to pit lane. They selected tires according to the weather situation. With them carrier changers stand on both side of the cars to remove all four tires and install new tires for this they earn $3,500 per race income as of their charges and if the team finished in top three place’s they get paid extra bonus for that.
