MotoGP is currently most successful bike racing sports in the world. But if we talk about the prize money that is provided to the teams and riders, there is no prize money for the MotoGP teams. But if there is prize money then its kept well secret and not revealed yet. There are other lower class races take place from where riders developed their skills and selected for the MotoGP season on base of their performance.

Just like Formula one every one thinks that racing teams in MotoGP earn prize money. No such concept about the income they earn each season. The riders earn big salaries after signing with \motogp teams on their contract base salaries. Each win brings winning bonus after finishing in top 3 position.

Riders in lowers classes of (Moto 2 & 3) and Super Bike get paid cash prize at the end of the season to keep-up equipped throughout season.
