The match fees remain same for each players. Only players who are leading team as captain get paid bit extra in retainer fees. Bangladesh board has assigned three captains for three formats. Players of Bangladesh team received prize money bonus after reaching the next round of the ICC tournaments. Players retainers fees given according to their contracts.
How Central Contracts Awarded to Bangladesh Cricketers:
Five different contracts given to the players (A+,B,C,D, & Rookie). In rookie contract players included who are youngesters and recently made debut. In A+ category players included who are seniors and shown good performance throughout the year. Just like other teams Bangladesh players receive 10% extra fees when they scored test or Odi centuries in a match. A bowler who scores hat-trick or took 5 wickets haul received cash prize.
